Part Time Advancement Assistant - (Interlochen, MI)

Interlochen Center for the Arts, 1 of America's most prestigious institutions for arts education, performance and fine arts is seeking to hire a Part time Advancement Assistant. The Advancement Assistant is responsible for supporting the fundraising efforts for Interlochen Public Radio (IPR) and the Leadership/Annual Giving program. Major assignments include the following: On Air Fundraising Coordination: In consultation and collaboration with teammates, this person would provide comprehensive coordination of pledge drive and on-air fundraising logistics, including: Guest host, guest producer, staff, and volunteer scheduling, and coordination of staff and volunteer trainings Material preparation: script updates, printing, sorting, and distribution Assistance with any additional drive mailings, as needed (thank you messages for volunteers and guest hosts/producers, giveaway mailings, etc.)
