As 1 of the nation's fastest growing Christian foster care ministries, The Bair Foundation is currently seeking a full-time Therapist in Oklahoma City, OK. Core Responsibilities: * Provides individual, family and/or group psychotherapy to clients as described in the treatment plan. * Applies advanced knowledge of social service techniques to independently assess the quality and appropriateness of services being provided to each child in placement. * Applies advanced social service knowledge to develop Individualized Services Plan (ISP) to establish the appropriate services to be provided for each child in placement and to assure compliance with state regulations. * Formulates written annotations corresponding to each element of the ISP for quarterly progress report that shows the Social Service Worker's assessment of the child's progress in relation to ISP goals established by the Social Service Worker and modifies courses of action to help child reach ISP goals.
