Your responsibilities: * Serve as the Executive Director for a single community and has additional responsibility for overseeing the business operations at additional communities in the same geographic area * Responsible for all operations of all communities under span of control, acting as a contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies and the public * Partner to develop long-range objectives and strategies for each community within the area * Visit assigned communities regularly to ensure buildings, grounds and properties are up to workplace standards through the oversight of preventative maintenance systems and programs, and frequent inspections that meet workplace standards of excellence * Review hires, promotions
