Iowa Cubs Sports Turf Management, an industry innovator in sports facility renovation and maintenance, is currently seeking a high performing, experienced Operator/Laborer. The Laborer will perform a wide variety of projects and tasks throughout the entire baseball season, beginning March 15, 2017. Duties include but are not limited to: Load and unload equipment, clear work areas and bring materials to Facility Managers and Assistant Managers as required Operate hand and power tools of all types Perform tasks involving physical labor at many different types of construction projects Drive to different locations to assist where needed Work toward continuous quality improvement Stay current with changing technology, including software programs Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures Operate turf related equipment and construction equipment Qualifications:
