Bakehouse Cleaner - (Whitmore Lake, MI)

We're looking for a special individual who is interested in a support role in a growing, changing and challenging organization that's doing pioneering work in food, service, management and training. 10pm-6am, 32-40 hours per week, holiday availability required, weekend availabilty needed. Holidays a must. Snow days may result in longer shifts. Starting pay is a minumum of $10 per hour unless the applicant has extensive background with supporting references. Will also have the opportunity to earn more pay after completeting the required Zingerman's Bakehouse Path to Prosperity Training Passport no later than 1.5yrs after starting date. The Night Cleaner is responsible for performing the cleaning recipes needed to maintain an exceptional level of cleanliness of the Bakehouse production areas, offices, shared spaces, storage facilities, warehouse, the CAKE! and BAKE!
