EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. SELCO is a regional library system in southeast Minnesota. SELCO seeks an individual with strong leadership skills to provide direction for a diverse membership and manage Min requirements: MLS from an ALA-licensed institution. Extensive management experience. Knowledge of multitype library systems. Job Objective(s): Provide visionary leadership and direction to the SELCO staff and member libraries. Foster strong collaboration across SELCO member libraries. Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. Provide overall direction for all activities related to human resources management, financial management, strategic planning, board relations, member relations, advocacy work with local, state, and national officials. Provide overall direction for all activities related to the administration and management of SELS. Represent SELCO/SELS in the Minnesota library community. Job duties and Duties Serve as chief administrative officer of the corporation
