Enrollment Support Specialist - (Kirtland, OH)

The Enrollment Support Specialist assists prospective and current students through the admissions, registration and financial aid process. This job necessitates strong customer service skills and a student-centric approach to offer enrollment support to all students at Lakeland. Support staff understand Lakeland’s admissions and registration policies and processes and are knowledgeable regarding the types of financial aid available; can help students understand eligibility rules, and can assist students with the financial aid application. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist students and their families through the college enrollment process, including registration, financial aid, counseling and student billing. Use professional judgement to make decisions that support our student's enrollment Process enrollment service functions such as registration transactions, transcript requests and data entry of various documents. Work efficiently with others throughout the College community to deliver student services.
