Plan and manage projects for underground. Develop and implement long-range mine plans, and strategic project evaluations Work with Geology team to contribute to development drilling and geologic modeling work Develop and implement improvement projects as assigned Develop, communicate, and implement underground mine development designs and schedules for Pogo Mine consistent with safe practices, government regulations, and production targets Perform mine design considering groundwater, backfill and mine ventilation network designs Be able to both develop and implement ground control and support designs Expertise to support MPBX ground support monitoring system and data evaluation
