Join us in making history like those who built the telephone network over 70yrs ago. This project will build a strong future for you and for the state of Minnesota. We seek General Laborers who want to grow their future with us to be a part of this exciting mission. If you like, we will help you get your valid drivers license and teach you skills such as locating and operating heavy equipment. Our general labor employees are a vital part of the crew and help with materials, guiding backhoe and drill operators, preparing hand-holes and more. Overall, crews are responsible for trenching/plowing communication cable, fiber optic cable, electric cable, gas line and conduit. 4-day and 5-day work schedules and overtime are available. We offer $16 per hour with multiple pay increases in the 1st year and benefits.
