This is a client facing position assisting multiple State clients with the installation and ongoing support of Kelmar---s KAPS unclaimed property management system. We are seeking applicants with a professional demeanor as you will be corresponding with clients on a daily basis. The qualified applicant will be trained on using the KAPS system and unclaimed property management with the expectation of becoming an expert in all facets of using the system. The System Support Associate will be working as part of the Support team and will be assigned projects with other teammates to enhance the department as a whole.
