In this role, you'll join our Global Legal and Compliance Organization (GLACO) team in either our DC area, Omaha or Connecticut offices and report to Managing Director, Global Contracts. You will be responsible for: Reviewing and negotiating client and vendor facing software license agreements (including Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements), professional service agreements, partner agreements, reseller agreement and OEM agreements. In the performance of his/ her duties, this person will also be required to interact with, and obtain input from, sales, product managers and other business leaders, as well as internal subject matter experts, obtain any necessary internal approvals and, perform metadata entries related to the foregoing.
