General Description Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Shift Supervisor/Relief Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the Facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitation needs of the residents. Essential Duties 1. Perform various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning and to coordinate total nursing care for the residents as illustrated by the following: a.
