Reporting directly to the CEO, the COS is charged with bringing visionary leadership to oversee all aspects of school oversight and management. Serving as an integral member of the senior management team, the COS will be a leader of school leaders, overseeing a team of leadership coaches to provide strategic direction and support for the growth and development of DSST schools.
