IT Director - (Colorado Springs, CO)

The Director shall provide leadership and management to the Details Technology (IT) department to provide, manage, operate all IT systems (multi-site), including business process software, internal software engineering, telecommunications, networking infrastructure, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware. The Director serves as the project management lead for all IT related projects. This position is responsible for all aspects of details technology management and control, including supervision of details technology employees, budget preparations and management, recommendations for technical acquisitions (infrastructure and business solutions), and development of guidelines, standards, and procedures. The Director is charged with strategic planning, tactical action, and operational decision-making to fulfill the mission of the IT Department. The Director must possess initiative and drive, have broad relevant technical knowledge.
