Translator Job - (Orlando, FL)

We are a company looking for qualified individuals to help out with translating tasks such as: -Translating simple documents -Translating simple emails -Adding subtitles to movies -Translating simple books Position duties include: -Reading through original material and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained -Using specialist dictionaries, thesauruses and reference books to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used -Researching technical phraseology to find the correct translation -Liaising with clients to discuss any unclear points -Proofreading and editing final translated versions -Providing clients with a grammatically correct, well-expressed final version of the translated text -Using the internet and email as research tools throughout the translation process This is a part time and a full time job, depending on your availability. Hours are flexible between 10-40 hours per week. Travel is not required.
