Assistant Estimator/Draftsperson: PT - (Westport, CT)

ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR / DRAFTSPERSON: PART TIME Small, well established Westport construction-related company has an open position for an estimator/CAD assistant to design, draw and follow through custom glass, aluminum, wood and stainless projects. This is a part time position, currently 10-20 hours per week, but may become full time. It is ideal for a retired project manager, contractor or draftsman. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following: shop drawings estimates blueprint reading and takeoffs spreadsheets ms word processing some phone contact with customers, contractors and suppliers. Candidate must be well organized and detail oriented. Familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD or other CAD software is desireable but not required. Some work may be completed from home.
