CDC Career Development Center SOUTHWEST VERMONT REGIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL DISTRICT CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION SPECIAL NEEDS COORDINATOR The Southwest Vermont Regional Technical School District Career Development Center is seeking an experienced Career and Technical Education Special Needs Coordinator. The Special Needs Coordinator provides academic support services, conducts basic academic skill assessments, coordinates educational support services with sending schools, assist IEP teams with the determination of appropriate placements in Career Technical Education programs for individuals from special populations, (as that term is defined in federal regulations pertaining to special education eligibility, who are or will be enrolled in Career Technical Education programs) Min Requirements: - 21 credits in special education AND - A min of a practicum, or the equivalent
