Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) with Security Clearance - (Melbourne, FL)

Position overview: HARRIS Inc. is looking for Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to provide day-to day oversight and support of all security aspects of our FAA programs. The CPSO is responsible for maintaining and administering policies and procedures in compliance with FAA, NISPOM, and Harris qualifications. The CPSO shall implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations; obtain rulings, interpretations and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies; prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitorsâ?? access to restricted records and materials. The CPSO shall collaborate with the Info System Security Manager (ISSM) and the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure the security program is executed comprehensively, properly and efficiently. The CPSO will serve on the staff of the Senior Manager, MN Security.
