Entry Level Quality Engineer - (Deerfield, WI)

Entry Level Quality Engineer MPI Products is manufacturer of metal products primarily for the automotive, agricultural, and construction industries. We have a position at our Deerfield, WI plants, which is highly visible with a chance to make an immediate impact. Tasks for this key position include: u Use Quality Management System to improve current processes while taking leadership to drive to the next level u Lead/Participate in Kaizen events Identify and lead efforts to improve internal processing through the elimination of waste and reduction of scrap/rework. u Develop a 1st-line positive rapport with a key customer base by visiting and providing feedback on permanent corrective and preventative actions to assure timely responses and closure. u Provide support to achieve the established company goal/metrics. Applicants Must Have: u A degree in an engineering/technical field-mechanical or industrial engineering or industrial technology u Expertise and willingness to do some travel.
