Quality Control Manager - (Fairfield, NE)

Responsibilities Oversee the Quality Control Inspection Departments at both locations. Including: Supervision of QC Personnel Prioritizing of incoming work in order to maintain production delivery schedule Identify training requirements for QC Personnel Ensure Gage Calibration System is implemented and effective Inspect any and all components as required throughout the day with necessary equipment Prepare annual department budget and equipment review Maintain effective implementation of quality management system procedures and work instructions applicable to the Quality Control Department Member of the Internal Auditing Team Drive internal corrective/preventive action system relating to product and process nonconformance?s Collaborate together with engineering, production and quality management to ensure product meets customer and company quality expectations Follow up internally on customer complaints, product returns and corrective action requirements
