Director of Operations Position description:Location: Malvern, PA Salary: Open Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Director of Operations to join a large healthcare organization in the Malvern, PA area. This opportunity is full-time and permanent! This job will have the following responsibilities: Assist with the development of High-risk programs, transitional care programs, and all readmission reduction programs Will be required to assist with programs including: house calls and other post-hospitalization solutions Set appropriate target goals for department and implement action plans to achieve them Assist with all the reporting and analytics, as well as monitoring expenditure reports in accordance with company policy and procedure Requirements & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related position required Master's in Business Administration preferred Min of two years' business operations background required At least 2yrs' supervisory background
