Fair Banking Specialist - (Midland, MI)

Position overview: The Fair Banking Specialist will be working to make sure that the organization is in line with Federal, State, and local regulations. These regulations include the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Housing Act, and UDAAP Act. This person will be conducting statistical reviews of the client's products to make sure that they have no negative implications. This includes regression analysis and work on the Fair Lending CRA. Job assignments will also include monitoring, reviewing, and report writing. Day to day duties: Conducting statistical analysis reviews of the Bank's deposit and lending products, complaints, marketing materials and related initiatives to ensure compliance with Fair Banking practices. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing a wide variety of organization policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards for Fair Banking and UDAAP.
