Commercial Lender - (Wausau, WI)

POSITION DETAILS: Responsible for new commercial and retail business development, as well as managing an existing/ assigned portfolio of clients. This position will be an integral part of the new commercial banking team. Residential mortgage banking background is also desired. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for developing new business with target clients that are small to medium sized businesses with credit facilities in the $500,000 to $3,500,000 range. Manage all aspects of commercial client relationship management including; underwriting, documentation, credit monitoring, annual reviews, account maintenance, and customer service. Accountable for establishing and managing a defined marketing program for their business office. Including maximizing referrals, calling on prospects, expanding their center of influence, and becoming involved and networking within the community.
