Compensation Analyst 4 As a part of the Compensation Team and reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global Compensation, primary focus of the role is to partner with the International business unit to become a trusted business partner within the HR Management Team. Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of compensation programs. Act as expert advisor on market competitive practices. Responsibilities encompass base pay, incentive pay, and performance management.
