Coatings Expert/Painter - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Coatings Expert/Painter Have the expertise to properly schedule the workflow. Making the best use of time to ensure manufacturing schedule is maintained and enforced. This position is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance painting duties, and a full range of specialized painting projects including, painting large and small structures, performs inspections, clean ups, storage and disposal of paint products; and operates various tools and equipment. You must provide your own hand tools. These are not provided by the company. Position duties include but are not limited to:Apply coatings per design specifications for clients Correct imperfections or roughen surface.Carefully cleanse product to remove dust and dirt.Cover portions of product with tape and paper.Fill the machine's tanks with a mixture of paints or chemicals
