Caregiver We are seeking compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team! Must possess a vibrant and dynamic personality with A LOT of energy and a sincere passion for working with seniors and provide peace of mind through quality care to seniors and their loved ones. Responsibilities: Caregivers provide personal care for all residents and communicating with medical professionals and families about the needs of residents under the direction of the Health Services Director. Caregivers participate in meal service including serving, clearing, and cleaning the dining room. Caregivers follow the services outlined in each residents service plan in a friendly, respectful and supportive manner and document any observed change of condition in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Caregivers exhibit positive people skills.
