Claims Representative 1 - (Cedar Park, TX)

Hiring for a Customer Service/Claims Representatives in the North Austin area. This applicant will be responsible for answering incoming calls from a queue and responding/resolving claims. This position s Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with very minimal overtime and this will be high volume with a mixture on inbound and outbound responsibilities. This applicant will also be responsible for reviewing monthly and closing inactive claims, price checking, and make sure everything is up to date on various policies and procedure updates.
