Description General Laborer Lead (Hourly Supervisor) Box Room second Shift. 3:30pm-2:00am or until. The purpose of a Lead Person is to ensure everything within the Box Room is operational, all conveyors are full, and to move associates as requirement and production dictates. Responsibilities Count and keep records on all waste material, and place material in plastic trash bags for disposal. Check conveyor constantly to make sure they are full, and to ensure trays are padded properly. Must perform all jobs in the box room, and assign associates to position needed to meet production qualifications. Report all unsafe acts and conditions to the Department Foreman immediately. Ensure that all forms are properly filled out for supplies that are withdrawn. Forms must be signed by Department Foreman and Superintendent. Position responsibilities may dictate earlier or later starting and quitting times. Necessary background At least eighteen years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
