GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Represents the interests of the Fort Belknap Indian Community in prosecuting crimes of violence against women in Indian country in the Fort Belknap Tribal Court and Federal Court within the District of Montana and Class I Tribal assault fees and Federally chargeable assaults on children, elders or non-related persons. 1.
