A growing company in Lake Bluff, IL, is seeking applicants for an immediate, contract-to-hire Office Assistant opportunity. Responsibilities: - Eligible for benefits when transitioned to permanent Working hours: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm Requirements: - Accounts Payable functions - Other general office and administrative duties as assigned Benefits: - Eligible for benefits through Randstad - 2+ years of office assistant/clerk background - Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages - Detail oriented - Data entry and database maintenance - Order entry and processing - Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer - Expertise to work under minimal supervision - $15-18/hour - A/P background - Contract-to-hire - Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks After submitting your resume, please feel free to follow up with Stephanie Scholl via email at XXXX@randstadusa.com
