The Specialty Pharmacy Operations Support Team supports the business operation??s pharmacy software application, ScriptMed and other integrated software. Besides operational leaders, the team works closely with the Optum Specialty IT group and the software vendor. The primary focus is on the end user background to deliver a safe, effective, and efficient patient background, leading to improved health. In this role, you will perform as Subject Matter Expert for the design, testing, upgrade implementation and general support of the software application focusing on the strategy and direction of the operations leadership.
