Machine Operator (Injection Molding) - (Spring, TX)

Injection Mold Machine Operators are responsible for the set up and operates injection molding machine and support equipment to make specified components that meet quality standards, design specifications and production qualifications. Specific Assignments include but are not limited to: 1. Acquiring materials, tooling and supplies to set up and adjust equipment and prepare machine for production runs. 2. Change molds according to specified procedures and company practices. 3. Change nozzles, purge materials, adjust controls and saves existing parameters as required to assure products molded meet specifications throughout runs. 4. Document and maintain work performance records, production lot numbers and other necessary documentation. 5. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on molding machine and other departmental equipment including oil heaters, dryers, hoppers and annealing ovens and/or x-ray machines. 6. Follow all safety precautions and rules, including wearing protective equipment, as required.
