Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Shelbyville, TN Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): o Ensures all external and internal customers receive the level of customer service. o Books and schedules service calls accurately, efficiently, and effectively. o Assist in selling packages and products. o Expertise to be flexible to assist with the workload outside your normal schedule, including evenings. No weekend work! Background and Skills: o2 to five years customer service background (retail or call center strongly preferred) o Proven Knowledge of Ms excel, Microsoft word, Power Point, and Outlook o Must be able to type proficiently. 60+ WPM w/ accuracy o A college degree can be substituted for the years background.
