The OpportunityAs a Banquet Captain at The Lodge, youll be responsible for training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all banquet activities during the shift to ensure a successful function and repeat business. This is a part time hourly position, reporting to the Banquets Manager. Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.Specifically, youll be responsible for: Directly supervise all banquet staff on event to ensure all procedures and policies are followed.
