Help desk Support - (Lenoir, NC)

6 mon plus contract for an IT support specialist with experience providing IT help desk support for large deployment and upgrade projects. Client has an Microsoft office suite 365 upgrade project and needs IT analyst to provide troubleshooting assistance. Must be very customer service oriented, have prior IT support experience working with Office 365, Windows 7-10, experience working in large corporate environments. Local applicants preferred - onsite interviews required. Must be able to pass 20yr criminal experience investigation. Hours on the help desk cover 6am-10pm and will include a weekend day. Schedule will be 8-5pm for 2-3 weeks for training - then applicants will be assigned a shift - most likely 4, 10 hour days either 6am-5pm or 11am-10pm - applicants need to be flexible in the hours they can work.
