HR Recruiter - (High Point, NC)

A HR Recruiter is needed for growing, high energy company in High Point, NC. Chosen applicant will be responsible for implementing staffing strategies to help recruit qualified and highly talented employees, develop a talent pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented applicants in a seamless manner. Coordinates and ensures accuracy and efficiency with HR processes and paperwork related to staffing, relocation, represents and participates in professional and college recruitment events to fill open positions.1. BS/BA required or equivalent experience2. 2+ years progressively responsible background in HR, specifically in employment, high volume recruiting, EEO compliance.3. Expertise to work with on-line sourcing techniques to identify candidates who are qualified.
