Patient Recruiter (CNAI/II or CMA) - (Winston-Salem, NC)

Winston-Salem based Clinical Research Group is seeking a Patient Recruiter (CNAI/II or entry Level CMA) to work with their clinical research staff. Position will require coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Qualifications for this position include: Outstanding Customer Service needed to Recruit and Retain Patients for study programs Expertise to communicate directly and indirectly with Patients on needs Provide Administrative support to Research Coordinators/Group Strong Data Entry skills needed to enter patient details, histories, updates and reports Responsible for Quality Assurance of all study info and documentation Current CNAI/II certification or Entry Level CMA a MUST Prior EMR background required with EPIC knowledge being a huge plus
