Utilities Project Engineer - (Wasco, CA)

DESCRIPTION The Utilities Project Engineer of California Rail Builders, LLC applies engineering skills to the method and scope of moving utilities for civil construction. The position will involve planning, coordinating and controlling construction processes specific to utilities. DUTIES Review construction and utilities plans Updating conflict matrix daily Detailing schedules Attend meetings with the utility owners and the construction management team Maintaining accurate records, including meeting minutes Cataloging all outstanding issues to completion Assigning priorities to responsible persons Make calculations in planning or assessing conflicts REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or 1 to 2yrs related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and background 3 (three) years of background as Project Engineer Effective communication expertise; verbal, written and presentation
