Facility Security Officer Job overview: The FSO manages the company’s security program which includes processing security clearances, management of facilities, personnel and ensures the Corporation’s Security Program is compliant with all government regulations and requirements under the (NISPOM) National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual. The FSO will provide specialized ability, guidance, advice, training, and support to executive management, operations management, human resources staff, recruiters, and employees, as applicable, concerning all aspects of the company’s security policies, procedures and practices. This job mandates independent judgment and discretion, as well as the identification, analysis and resolution of security-related matters Critical functions: Conduct initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, and re-indoctrinations of employees
