JOB SUMMARY The main purpose of this position is to provide ability on Scottrade retirement products and services. Key assignments include delivering a consistently superior level of service while educating clients on retirement investment options and strategies, building rapport, uncovering client needs, overcoming objections, identifying opportunities to leverage business partners to meet more complex and investment needs.REQUIRED FUNCTIONS: Assist clients to a high degree with retirement account types, employer-sponsored plans, planning strategies and investment taxation; explain old retirement account options. Field questions from clients regarding types of IRAs, contributions, withdrawals, required min distributions; provide general customer service support and field questions from clients and prospects regarding Scottrade account services, products, charges, and trading platforms; provide timely professional responses to client email and chat inquiries; place trades for clients.
