Technical Helpdesk Associate - Temporary - (Hagerstown, MD)

**NOTE - This is a temporary position with some likelihood of becoming permanent** The following shift is available in our Technical Call Center: 11:30 - 8:00 PM on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (Off on Monday & Tuesday) Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Tier I technical support (general trouble shooting). * Documents all exchanges between the caller and the Call Center. * Follows-up and follows-through on open tickets, requests, promises, and questions that have not been answered to provide callers with a resolution. * Dispatches vendors based on the issue. * Manages the inbound technical queue to ensure that the Call Center is meeting its Service Level Goals. * Researches and communicates problems or concerns to the analyst and leadership teams. * Maintains acceptable workloads in all queues of Netkeeper to ensure that issues are being resolved as quickly as possible. * Other duties as assigned.
