Technical Service manager - (Macon, GA)

To lead the technical service effort for all Industrial Specialties markets through the support of the CSFs and goals of the Industrial Specialties business. These CSFs may include (a) manage and prioritize Technical Service activities including support for existing products and technical support of high margin products; support the NPD process and launch of new products. - resolves customer application/usage problems of a technical or service nature in a timely fashion - Identifies personnel, equipment, lab space, and instrumentation needs to support TARs and product support evaluations. - Learning and maintaining current understanding of the complete Industrial Specialties of product line, process operations/capabilities and technologies for utilization in issue solving - Accountable for managing and continuously improving product support time lines and the launch of new products/solutions - provides technical training to sales, distributors and customers
