At ViaQuest our Mental Health Clinicians are community-based, meaning we provide service to individuals in their setting of choice. Our Clinicians create their own schedule, manager their own caseloads, and function relatively independently. Your Responsibilities include... Completing assessments and coordinating treatment plans for new clients. Conducting therapy and counseling sessions within the clients' settings of choice. Working cooperatively with the assigned CPST Worker in an effort to coordinate services and provide resource linkage to the clients. Completing accurate and detailed case notes through our electronic medical record. We Are Looking For Someone That... Is licensed as an LSW, LISW, PC or PCC.
