Warehouse Manager II - (Conway, SC)

Purpose: Provide leadership and management to the warehouse operation including effective inventory planning and control, payroll, the efficient and accurate loading of trucks, and leadership and development of the personnel in the warehouse. Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables ·Control departmental costs ·Manage full goods inventories ·Guide and direct exempt and non-exempt employees ·Assist in evaluation of building and ground maintenance needs ·Ensure a safe workplace environment for employees and ensure that safe work practices are utilized. ·Ensure the adherence to proper quality standards and procedures. ·Drive continuous improvement with regard to efficiency. ·Support the customer service goals of the facility. Requirements/Requirements: ·Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution, with 5+ years of comparable background involving the distribution of food products. ·Warehouse Management in the beverage industry.
