Administrative Assistant - Proposal Coordinator - (Flagstaff, AZ)

Western Technologies Inc . has an Administrative Assistant need in our Flagstaff, Arizona office. Perfect candidate will provide administrative and clerical support for our Environmental, Geotechnical and Construction Materials units. This is a full time employment opportunity and our general office hours are Monday - Friday eight a.m. - five p.m. Primary duties will focus on supporting management teams with coordinating and preparing all proposals as well as filing, typing reports, accounts receivable and payable, open and sort incoming mail, process outgoing mail and answering phones. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills. This position will interact regularly with our employees and clients, both by phone and in person. Technical skills include Windows (Microsoft word & Microsoft excel), type 50 wpm, previous administrative office work background in Engineering and/or Construction industry desired. Must provide a clean motor vehicle record and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
