Stock Controller (Full-Time) - (New Braunfels, TX)

Summary/Responsibilities of this position: The Stock Controller assists the Grocery Manager with the essential duties and responsibilities of the department. The Stock Controller keeps the grocery department clean and organized, stock shelves, refills displays, writes grocery orders, and receives and verifies incoming shipments. Other responsibilities include: - Serves as a backup to department manager in absence of ADM. - Assisting customers in locating product and answering product questions - Load, unload and move heavy, bulky products - Provides work direction, motivation and training to other department personnel - Performs duties of Stock Control Representative and Stock Control Specialist as needed - 3-6 mnths prior stocking experience wanted - Solid communication expertise - Previous customer service experience wanted - Expertise to work well with others - Basic reading and writing English skills - Organizational and time organizational skills - Expertise to work overnight schedule - Able to operate
