Banquets - Chef de Partie - (Farmington, PA)

The chef de partie is responsible for entire kitchen operation in the absence of Sous Chef. All aspects of prep, production, ordering, & sanitation are a vital function in the banquets kitchen. Applicants must possess strong teamwork skills, mastery of culinary skills, and a strong sense of guest service.
