Description Human Resources Services Specialist Position Statement: This position will assist Teammates with day to day issues and questions to enhance their overall background with HGV to align with our vision of being an employer of choice. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES Provide timely, personalized, exceptional resources to our Teammates that parallels the industry leading service they provided to our Guests. Assist Teammates in navigating the organization and becoming self sufficient Assist Teammates in resolving problems allowing them to focus on improved service delivery Team player intake of issues as a 1st point of contact Local support to HR Business Partner Local messaging for Marlin Communication Boards Accounts payable/invoice processing for local HRBP Benefits – enrollment, fairs Conduct quarterly Systems and Standards review to ensure compliance Tuition reimbursement HR Resource boards – keep current IBW set up, tracking and facilitation
