Responsibilities: • Field all buyer leads assigned to you turning every call into a deal or a referral • Follow up on all buyer calls email inquiries MLS leads etc. • Be a Student of the Local Philadelphia Market • Generate leads through social networking and other avenues for all company listings • Educate renters on the benefits of owning • Screen and qualify all buyers to understand their buying potential • Prepare and provide sales comparisons, CMAs to Buyers • Show properties, prepare offers, negotiate contracts • Assist buyer with managing inspections, appraisals, etc.
