Part Time Veterinary Receptionist - (Oak Ridge, NC)

The Veterinary Hospital of Oak Ridge is looking for a part-time receptionist to also help with boarding on the weekends at our growing, single doctor, small animal practice. Background is a plus but not a requirement. As a veterinary receptionist, you will be responsible for answering and making phone calls, scheduling appointments, recommending services, documenting in medical charts, informing clients about the variation of medications available for prevention, and more. Boarding shifts require feeding, medicating, walking, and cleaning. Candidates must be flexible, and available weekdays and weekends. Regular schedule will be 2-3 afternoons per week and at least every other weekend, this schedule will vary. Business hours are M-F 8-5:30 and Sat 8-1.
